When I opened my new KuCoin account, I wrote down my account password. Later when I made a trade, I needed a trade passcode – I did not know the trade passcode was what I would need everytime I made a trade, I didn’t write it down and forgot it. For 3 weeks I have contacted customer service. I have provided them with all documentation and verified my identification numerous times. Every time I send in a request, they change what they want or say they can’t read it or ask for something I’ve already provided. I cannot do anything with my account without the trade passcode (even though I have my account password) so basically they have my money and I have no access to it.
