Our company hired Korea Portal to handle translation for our website. 2 language (Korean & Spanish) out of the 3 language was translated. We are still waiting on our Chinese translation for our website. I have tried numerous and numerous times calling our sales rep and emailing them and never do I get an response. It’s a miracle if they even pick up your phone call or answer your emails. I have never dealt with a company that lacks communication with their client when it comes to update. Payment for the job was paid in full but even till now we are still waiting for our Chinese translation to be provided for our website. The due date that was given for this project has been long overdue. It promised to be completed end of August and now we are almost done with the year still no response or nor a call back. Their professionalism is just out the window. Their office phone does not go through and it is apparently the wrong number. I am requesting for the remaining project to be completed or I will have to file an official compliant through our attorneys for services that weren’t rendered.
