Koovs.com — Refund For Returned Goods

I ordered 2 shirts from koovs.com vide order id- 7872326 on 14-sep-2021, items were delivered on 21-sep-2021 and items were not upto mark so a return request was raised on 21-sep-2021, the items were picked up by delivery partner of the website on

22-sep-2021, After which no communication received from company, in reply to query raised by me via mail on 30-sep-2021, a mail was received from company on 01-oct-2021 at 11:41 am that the item is yet not received by company,

After that on same day at 3:21 pm another mail received from company that the products have reached the company and upon quality check the refund will be proceed, after which received mail from company on 05-oct-2021 that items received have passed quality check,

On 06-oct-2021 mail received from company that the refund has been initiated and will be credited to account in next 3-5 days, it’s been more than 1 month that the amount is not received in account, several grievance have been raised but yet no reply is received from company.

Many other consumers have also experienced the same issue as they have posted on company’s twitter handle @mykoovs on which company has not been replying to any tweets since July, 2021 and is deleting all the tweets which have been posted by consumers regarding the issue.
