Very worst customer experience.. First I found kool Gm dealership through SAM’s Club membership auto purchase program and reached out to kool gm about the sam’s club offer and they told me that they wont honor that. Then they gave me the quote with different price but next day I found that the price has been reduced online in their website and reached out to them several times by me as well as from Kool GM they were many people reached out to me either through email or phone (looks like they were coordinators ) and they told me that sales people will reach out to me ASAP. I spoke with Becca their Internet sales Manager and she told me that several times she will make sure sales people will reach out to you. But after then several attempts no sales person reach out to me but they keep send either email or calling me and asking are u looking for vehicle when I say yes and say that I am waiting for sales people and their quote will get back with sales team and will get you. But that did not happen till now. This is not fair way of acting.
