A trip by Kiwi.com was cancelled due to Covid and my claim was (eventually) approved of £280.98 on Booking 113510133 for a future flight before end of 2023 . I would now like to use this refund on a trip to Egypt next March but can`t see where the refund can be activated . Kiwi.com , do not appear to have an email to get help and the number in the UK , I eventually found does not respond to calls. How can I use my refund no stars at all
