I had an appointment with Kim, she works at a hair school in Edmonton, all was fine until she bleached my hair to the point it’s been falling out ever since my appointment. My roots are blended HORRIBLY, my hair is dry and feels like straw. De She made me bawl my eyes out when I got home from my appointment cause she made me look SO SO horrible. Don’t let her do your hair appointments, 10/10 WOULD NEVER GO BACK. she works at est-Elle academy of hair design in Edmonton on Whyte Ave. She is the WORST hairdresser I’ve ever let touch my hair.
