Kia Motors — Unsatisfactory services

I have purchased the Kia Carens Luxury Diesel model car from Ajinkya Kia Nanded Maharashtra, on 05.08.2022. Car No.MH26 BX7889 VIN No. MZBGE813LNN039993 Engine No. D4FANM6525466. While delivering the car they assured they will supply the second key after 06 months in writing they have given.But already six months passed away when we are enquiring about the second key no one is replying the proper way. Even though I have contacted the Kia helpline line simply they replied to the contact dealer. When we contacted the dealer they replied that we sent the email but the reply was not received. I request you sir please penalty of RS: 25000- to be raised per customer against KIA and advised them to supply second key to customer. Like me several customers are waiting for second key. And kia administration is not worrying about customers. After 06 months only i am getting heavy vibration and noise in second row and 3rd row seat. When i have complained them they told that it is problem in seat just they tied some some tape . Actually it is in warranty and my run every month is 500 km in city only. And they have to replace the seat. But they didn’t, Kia is playing with customers and making fool and snatching money. In this regard also they may advised to replace the seat or pay full amount to get replacement from out side. By giving 2nd key and replacing 2 nd and 3rd row seat With kind regards
