Hi, Jan 5, 2023 I was in a car accident and it was a total loss. Seemed cut and dry, Progressive sent Kia the payoff. I’ve called Kia customer service numerous times and they still have no proof. But I have letter of guarantee, and I have the receipt of payment from Progressive. Kia customer service just wants me to make a car payment everytime I call. I just want to stop paying for a rental every day. How does over 20 grand get lost.????? Kia is making this whole situation horrific. Now I am worried about my credit, before this I made every car payment on time. Is someone out there that can help me???? Hillary Find the money that was sent to them, clear my account, and make it so I can buy another car instead of renting every day.
