Time and extra expense were incurred. as well as the disappointment and emotional strain put on my Wife and I, that evening. As result of all this confusion, my Wife did not get her Birthday Dinner, ( she specifically requested KFC ), our dinner plans for the evening were totally mucked up and we ended up ordering a pizza as well as eating way past our normal dinner time.

· ordered food at 4:51pm
· was notified that we would have our order @ 5:30pm.
· At 5:45 food not delivered we called the store no answer
· Called 1 866….phone number
· Customer Agent said he would send an email to the store.
(If order did not arrive in the next few minutes to call back)
· Called 1 866….phone number
· Customer Agent said it would be a late delivery
· Agent then before hanging up, notified us that the store was closed. 6:15pm
