I was on foot, the lobby was closed. No one answered the drive up after number Hellos I had to knock on the DU window with another person looking to order. The employee finally came to the window. Spoke very broken english with the mask on. It took 5 tries to order a 3 pc tender box, dipping sauce, FF, soda, biscuit and CC cookie. It took about 15 minutes to get my order and there was no on in front of me. All I got was 3 tiny all batter tenders, 12 cup of cold FF, No dipping sauce and no CC cookie. TK 2441.
