I ordered two buckets of chicken to provide a group of students at Drury University. The chicken tasted burnt. I returned it to the location on East Sunshine. I showed them the extra brown chicken. They had me wait for 38 minutes while they said they were providing a new batch of chicken. The second batch was also burnt. The grease was old and tasted scorched. I do not recommend anyone go to KFC. They told me it was their oil. They said they were told to save money so they use the same oil with no expiration. The health department should be notified to inspect every Springfield, Missouri location. Change out the grease. Provide a fair product for the price that was paid.
