I am the owner of Kethanas Orchid Apartment they are very unprofessional they have given the apartment 6 months late and if you talk to them about any pending work in your apartment they will talk very rudely like they are given money for your apartment. The quality of the apartment is not good they have just wanted to handover and move on to their new project. So, beware of Kethanas Orchid builder.
