Kay Jewelers — Poor customer service

My husband bought me a wedding band from Kay Jewler’s. They requested my engagement ring be sent with it. I got both back. Three days later, my whole diamond and halo fell out of my engagement band. I brought it back to the store and they said it was not their fault. I sent it back to get fixed. They sent it back to me crooked. They promised it would be back 10/22 and it is not. They said it would be five more weeks for them to fix it correctly. Very, very poor customer service.
