Joost De Vries and Jim Taylor of Karma Automotive LLC took my vehicle in for repairs and the vehicle has multiple issues under the new ownership. Both individuals have been traveling without any communication. Beware of the new activities of the Karma Automtoive LLC as they do not fix vehicles or even respond. Horrible.
