Kalyani Silks — Cheating In Online Shopping

I ordered a saree which looked beautiful on the poster and received a saree of rupees 300 to 400 approximately when I started calling them they switched off the phone. They didn’t reply to WhatsApp messages and when I call customer care they said the number you have dialed is not existing. When mailed them my problem they didn’t reply mail and sent me a message that sorry for the inconvenience our team will call you within one hour since morning 11:06 am but I don’t get a single call. Only they send text messages that our team will call you. Since morning I have got 5 to 6 messages. Whoever will get my complaint please help me. I bought it for my mom. Please help me sir they made fraud with me and to avoid fraud with others I am complaining to the government and their admins. Please make an inquiry on them. Sir, I am attaching the numbers of Kalyani silks, sprocket, and Shadowfax surface at the last of this complaint. Sir, please don’t ignore my complaint and save others from fraud please it’s my humble request to you. Sir/mam (i.e admins of consumer protection department). I have faith in all of you so please don’t ignore my complaint, please. Please teach them such a lesson which they will keep in mind.
