Just Eat — Service via email

I placed an order on just eat app stating that myself family have allergies rang takeaway who was happy to refund my order but had to go via just eat but now just eat are trying to fob me off saying there nothing they can do even tho I been clear with the complaint all the way thru

I can attach screenshots of the email threads between me just eat also can attach further into this being investigated the order receipt which states the allergy photos of how milkshakes arrived

By sticking the food hygiene standards because allergies are a serious issue
Also just eat should refund my order due to restaurant allowing this to happen
