Joseph Devalle is married. He was living with a girl who he claimed was the love of his life when he was dating me. I loved Joe. I was good to Joe. He claimed me loved me as a friend but was not in love with me. That did not stop him from taking expensive gifts and spending money on him. Yes, it was my choice to do so, because I thought he cared about me and was going to follow through. When the bills were due, Joe didn’t pay….he just made excuses or blew me off. And he also had the nerve to accuse me of being untrustworthy…why? Because I took back some things I had bought him, when I realized he was not going to make good on payments.
