He has his ways of keeping tabs on you. Even if you escaped the relationship alive he will still find ways to locate you at your new place. You’re never safe with him in your life. He has associations with law enforcement and will make them not come out for your domestic disputes. If you are in New Orleans, avoid Jonathan Jeff for your own life. People have die off of him and he’s gotten away with it because his NOPD ties.
