Hi I buy my cigarette at asda 200 a week. I opened a packet today and there is wood in the cigarette I smoke John players new crush and this is the first I have ever experienced this in a cigarette. I have smoke 3 cigarette out the pack and they have all had wood in them. You could resolve this matter with a voucher and hygiene in your factory so it does not happen again
