Joe Kinney is a ripoff. Joe Kinney billed me 3 times with different amounts for one job! He told me the part was under warranty and the job would be $200. I received the first invoice for $200.00. I paid for it. Then I received a second one for $90.00. I paid for it. He said it was an overtime charge. The third invoice shows for $200.00 though it was a repeat. No, he said I owed him another $200.00. He said if I didn’t pay it that he would put a lien on my house. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!
