Jewel Osco — The help

It appears that you have many complaints about your chicken counter. I have been shopping at this Jewel location for a long time (23 years) and I have noticed it has really gone done hill in the last couple of years. Today I went to buy fried chicken and again for the 4th time you were out. I expressed my frustration with the person serving behind the chicken counter, and all she said was I don’t like your attitude. Really. All I was explaining to her is that it is becoming a consistent problem. She’s the one that had a big attitude. The same scenario happened to me the time before. What I have decided is you really don’t care about your customers and neither do your employee. At this point I will simply take my business elsewhere as you never seem to have many of the items I need. Furthermore, who needs to receive the bad attitudes of your employees. This store has really become a disappointment. Hire a better crew of employees, stock the store better. I shop other Jewel stores and don’t seem to experience the problems I do here. This is a store in a great location and you fail to rise to the occasion. Your loss.
