Extremely unprofessional company. I provided simple instructions for minor house repairs & received 3 different incorrect estimates back. Finally discussed very clearly what I needed over the phone, set a price & date for service. The owner cancelled my service 30 minutes prior to the set appointment time. He then continued to send me numerous threatening emails because I complained about their customer service! He even said he would file a law suit if I posted a bad review…saying it is “slanderous” & if I didn’t appoligized in 24 hours he would “get the ball rolling”. He said I couldn’t follow simple instructions…because I didn’t respond to their incorrect estimates – I called instead. I would never recommend this company or trust them. I’m truly glad they cancelled on me at the last minute.
