We hired his company to repair and replace some wood trim and boards around our back door. We received a quote for $408 if they had to replace and rehang the door after repairing the damage. The work was originally scheduled for Friday. Workmen came and removed all the wood trim around the back door and scheduled work for the following Monday. No one came in Monday. Workmen came in Wednesday and saw that more repair was needed beyond the initial estimate. The back door remained untouched for two weeks. Workmen then came to repair the damage before we had received a revised estimate. They removed the door, broke off siding, damaged drywall inside the home, left air and light gaps all around the door, did not replace the back steps properly and left a large gap between the steps and the back door. Despite numerous attempts to contact Jon, he has yet to return my call. They sent an invoice before the job was completed for $1300 and the job remains unfinished. Completely unprofessional and unresponsive.
