Order took over 2 months to ship, this was undisclosed at time of purchase. In between these two months I reached out to receive a refund, cancel the product or change address for my delivery because I had moved. They responded few weeks very late, and said the order had shipped. That was misinformation the delivery didn’t arrive to Miami, FL until a month later. At this point I had moved, due to the misinformation by this company I didn’t change my address. When notified that it delivered I went to the old apartment, the package was not found. I contacted the company again, to refund me the money or send me the product I paid for but never received. I have yet to receive a response. This is theft.
