JackpotCity — Poor communication and unresolved issues

I have played with jackpot city for years I have spent a lot of money with this company. Approx 2 months ago I was hacked and I had to close my card with my bank. I had a second card one night I used my new card and put $100 and played the pokies, I won $600 and pushed withdrawal. A few days later I was told I won’t get the money I won unless I verified the card with a bank statement. I ended up sending a bank statement but it was a 2021 statement which was my mistake and they declined that. So I sent them this months statement and I have heard nothing back. I have emailed twice asking to speak to a manager and I have had no reply. I have noticed they refunded my $100 back into my account and not the money I had won. I feel so ripped off by this company I have always trusted jackpot city and the fact they are ignoring me is making me disgusted. If this does not get resolved after this complaint I will never use them again. Look into my updated statement I had sent them. Stop ignoring my emails. And I acknowledge they sent my $100 back into my account what about the rest of the money I won and pushed withdrawal which was $600.
