On February 15th at 10:23am I won the mega jackpot on Aztec falls, I withdrew it no worries and everything was perfect. Later that day I was playing Aztec falls again at 17:06pm nz time and I won the mega jackpot again, I took screenshots of both wins. However when I went to withdrawal the second jackpot amount wasn’t there. I have contacted support 3 times and been told there’s no history of the transaction but I took a screen shot of it, so it happened. They say it didn’t. It’s $60,000 so I want my money.
