I had my withdrawal come out on September 10th 2021. I asked chat on Wednesday if I would get ation and they said it was processed Tuesday September 14th 2021. I then asked chat again Friday because I finally got one email for one withdrawal but not the second withdrawal. Then I had to send document’s to that I didn’t receive it. Then I asked on Saturday with Raio on chat and she said they aren’t releasing the funds until they now go through support. I never had this problem before. Then I mentioned the word bill instead of vacation which really its none of there business how customers use there money. Now I am kicked off for a review and then they will give me my withdrawal. Very poor customer service Pay out my withdrawal, don’t care to play here anymore from the way I was treated.
