On 10262021 I walked out of my job I’m a cashier at Family Dollar on lake Bradford road I have been having problems with my manager Demetria R S I came in at about 4:30 PM when I came in the store the floor was dirty like it haven’t been swept or mopped in 2 or 3 days so when I clocked in she had this task sheet of what my job description was now her job description was working on Christmas stuff which she has been working on for about a week and I have filed a complaint recently on her but I didn’t get any results and on top of that she added another task on top of my other tasks which was cashier, recovery, unload the totes, put backs, sweep mop then she added on taking out the trash while she did nothing and my back was killing me I didn’t get my break and she closes the store at about 8 when I left she is an irresponsible manager and disrespectful. I don’t want to feel like I’m the problem when is clearly her like I said 10 employees have quit or walked on her within the last 2 months so it’s clearly her managing preferences. We need help!!! and I love my job but enough is enough
