I truly don’t understand why you guys even have contracts at all. They’re just a way to **** people off, when you don’t make it abundantly clear that you will allow no cancellation. I don’t remember signing up for a nearly $100 service, I don’t remember signing any contract, nor have I even used the service, which I’m now being billed for. I’ve never, ever experienced a hosting company with policies like this and I can’t believe I used to recommend clients to use Ionos. You’ve probably got between 1 and 2 dozen customers from me. I don’t want to pay for something I’m not using. It didn’t cost you anything, and I feel like I’m just being tricked in to paying you. I have one other domain on this account that I wish to keep and that’s the only reason I’m even willing to consider giving Ionos a second chance. I don’t have time for the hassle of transferring my domain right now.
