1 & 1 Ionos practices illegal bait and switch products. They have billed me several times for contracts I did not order or canceled. Their customer service lies and tells me they straighten out my complaints then bill me for items I do not want. They hide behind web automation and do not fix the problems. I just received a bill for services I canceled in November. I am also being charged for web drives I never ordered. They need examined by law enforcement departments over these unlawful and deceptive practices.
