I have called at least three times and also gone onto the company’s website on three occasions (I have taken pictures of key screens) to cancel all services from this company. They charge too much (not competitive), their security is terrible (they had several break-ins for their hosting service so my website was useless thanks to their poor maintenance), and they just charged me again!! I had taken off auto-renewals and had requested cancellation (on phone on online) multiple times. So now they owe me $104.95. The ironic thing is that I have no email service from them, no website, and no domain…so they just stole this money from me. I am a business owner and would never steal money and make all my systems so user unfriendly and my staff and services so poor in nature. I want my money back and I want this company to remove all my information–including payment information–and I never want to deal with them again!!
