IONOS is a very deceptive and poorly managed company, auto-renewing contracts, and not allowing a user to sign in to see past charges after their contact expired. They keep the domains locked for thirty days after you cancel the contract “in case you wanted to come back”. When I reached out to customer support, they told me that they could not help me due to GDPR, which is absolutely ridiculous. After I cancelled the contract, I got another bill for their website builder, saying I’ll be charged for the next month. Do NOT do business with this company.
