My husband booked an intercity express bus on the 14-07-2023 for 16-072023 22:00. When he arrived at the bus station he was then told that his bus had left already and it was only 21:30. Intercity express failed to contact him to inform him that the bus was leaving early. Due to this inconvenience by intercity express he was then put into a different bus and was told by the attendant “if the bus gets full in pietermaritzburg there is nothing they can do “. It’s really disappointing and due to this he only arrived at his stop at 8:00am instead of 6:00am that is stated on his bus ticket and he was unable to go to work.
