Instacart — Discrimination

I am trans and they have us do identify checks and everytime I try to do it I never can get it to verify me due to my changes since my license was updated . I’ve been deactivated 3 times now over this and the second time I was discrimated against , called she multi times , called my dead name and told I had to go by “Dana “ even to customers and was non stop called it by customers and just hated myself . They finally fixed it and now again today got deactivated against and it’s awful to just take away my income over there systems . I just feel I’m being disrespected and discrimated against due to my changes and it’s just getting frustrating now ! Fix their systems and pay me the money I lost during the times I was deactivated .
