When in to get a hair cut ask that she take only an inch off my hair and follow the line of the haircut I had. She took at least 3 inches off and cut my wedge haircut into a layer cut. It will take me months to grow it back to where it was to be cut! I call corporate and file a complaint and was told the owner would be back to me in 24 hours did not happen. Called and talk to the shop manager she was little help. She asked me what I wanted and I wanted my hair cut the way I asked I am going on vacation next week with a Hair cut I hate and make my hairline look more receding than it really is. This morning when I woke up there is a series of red bumps along my hairline on the right side that makes me wonder how clean and sanitary her equipment was. I took pics if you need to see them.
