I went in Mar of 2021 for them to do my simple tax refund… They charged me $164.00 for 10 mins work.. She told me should be a week or two… Got state refund 8 days later.. done.. cool… Now it’s Feb 2022… Still haven’t got federal refund… Block says they don’t have a record of me ever being there… I took their paperwork back to show them.. have them copies… Still no refund… They kept my money though
