I have contacted their office several times as they made so many mistakes in my taxes that is not even funny. I’m still receiving letters from State of New York as they were not done correctly. They told me to bring documents back on 2 separate occasions. Which I did and still haven’t fixed the issue. They keep telling me it will be fixed and just doesn’t happen. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m getting now letters with charges growing by the month. I paid almost 350.00 dollars for this type of service, just unbelievable. The person who filed my taxes is Debra Moore Mitchem. I am asking for them to give me my refund as this is not even funny no more so I can take my taxes to be fixed elsewhere.
