0 stars. placed an order expecting within a 30 day delivery, that was in Jan. it will soon be 120 days and 1/4 of one product has been delivered. i have sent emails and have a ‘manager’ handling my case and the only resolution is’ I can assure you the package is on the way. I finally located a phone number and spoke to someone who said they would take care of it – but from the complaints i have seen – some have had similar responses. At this time, I am turning to my CC company to see if they can do a chargeback. Do not order from this company. It is a scam.
