my manager Judy Cavazos treated me with hostility as well as my other female teen coworkers she gets into other people’s faces and screams uncontrollably I do not believe this is management martial, she has no integrity. She doesn’t treat her team members equally and has no respect for them. today I called the store and texted her she then proceeded to then call me and then go on and on about how I was sick the week before last (witch I shouldn’t of returned to work because I had a fever which is a covid symptom, and then I got a covid test and they said do not return to work or school if you have a fever for 24 hours) and now I am now on probation for 90 days for calling out. no one deserves to be treated like this or yelled at by their boss who has no respect for anyone. I think she should no longer be a manager and be demoted to an employee she is not management material.
