Hopper — Purchased Refund Promise

I purchased the additional Travel Refund Promise Plan for my flights. It is very misleading, I cancelled and then a page came up on the app saying that a refund would be issued to my PayPal and asked me to enter my PayPal email. Shortly after I received an email saying I was just getting airline credit that is good for one year. This is not a refund. When purchasing the Travel Refund Promise, it made it sound like credit or refund was an option. This policy is very misleading. When I went to contact them through the app, it kept saying they were having server issues and to try again later. It’s still not working. Found their phone number and there’s no way to speak to an agent when you phone in. It’s incredibly frustrating.
