I have been trying to get a refund for tickets purchased from Hopper for a trip scheduled for November 15th, 2020, which Fiji Airways canceled. Unfortunately, over two years later, I still await a refund.
Hopper keeps blaming Fiji Airways for not providing the refund. It has been over TWO years. On January 6, Gabrielle from Hopper contacted me to obtain a current credit card since the one you have on file expired. I gave her the current card.
A week later, I called Fiji airlines to see if they got the new card number, and they told me they could not help me and that I had to contact Hopper.
On February 20, Ruby sent me the email below with the incorrectexpired credit card information. Unfortunately, everyone keeps giving me the runaround. I made dozens of calls and emails, and there is never a resolution. They simply do not care.
Give me a refund!
