Used Hopper to purchase round trip flight from Portland Maine to Nashville Tennessee on May 7 2022. hopper purchased round trip tickets with United airlines for travel in September 2022, united had a change of flight schedule and offered a full refund if I needed to cancel. I canceled my trip. I have talked with united airline and they refunded my $230.20 to hopper. United informed me that Hopper would receive the refund on September 1. I have yet to get any money from hopper. There are no ways to contact hopper. no phone number, no email, nothing. They need to refund me my $230.20. this company is a total rip off.
