Hopper — Charged twice

I was charged by Hopper for a Hotel reservation and to hold the reservation for a particular discount. When I arrived to the Hotel the Hotel charged me as well stating they did not receive a reservation booking from Hopper. I paid Hopper for the Hotel room and I also had to pay the Hotel for the Hotel room. I have been attempting to contact Hopper since January 2023 and it is now April 2023. The hopper website help center just continues to put me in a loop of communications that do not offer communication via a chat, email or phone number with no way to communicate with them at all. I would like to be reimbursed for the Hotel room and the reservation fee.
