I have been in constant contact with Hoka reps regarding why it’s taking so long to process an exchange that I mailed on January 7, 2022 and they claim they only received it January 19. It is now January 26, 2022 and I have received no communication about my return or exchange only remarks about mass delays due to the holidays. I have asked on more than one occasion to speak to a supervisor but to no avail. I also asked to simply just refund my money and apparently that is not an option. I will never do business with this company again because of all the issues they have regarding customer service. It’s been a literal nightmare. I couldn’t even get an estimated date of when I would receive another pair of shoes in exchange,
