Amit Sharma one of the staff of Hi-Tech Packers and Movers has done a deal with me in the past with a lot of fake commitment and now when I have asked for the delivery he is asking me to pay unnecessary charges which was never explained to me neither I agreed on that. He clearly told that there is no hidden charges hence I paid the final bill. I have been doing follow up since last one week, I didn’t receive my items and now I have been given a threat if I don’t pay extra 16200/- he will keep all my items. He said he has done repacking and I need to pay 300/- rupees per day which I was never informed about. I booked Hi – Tech only because he committed that I can keep the items for approx 2 months as other movers were charging me for the same. Now Amit is cheating with me stating that I need to pay the storage charges which is totally wrong. As per Amit, I was supposed to get all my items on 12th however it’s not delivered and I had no update. It’s pathetic service and worst experience. I lost my job hence had to leave Hyderabad and recently I shifted to Kolkata. I’m not in a situation to pay any more amount. Kindly help me to get this fix. I have been following up since last 10 days, Packers and movers staff is saying. Today it will reach and the same sentence I have been listening everyday since last 7 days. I am moving my all households from Hyderabad to Kolkata. He is not giving me any tracker number, he is not giving me drivers number. I asked for his boss’s number but he didn’t give.
