Hermes consistently delivers my parcels by default to the incorrect address without my permission, despite numerous explicit instructions not to do so. I have expressly stated that I do not want a DELIVER TO NEIGHBOUR or SAFE PLACE option for my deliveries, but the delivery drivers do not even attempt to deliver to my door. Instead, they deliver to a nearby barbershop, which I cannot go into as I have social anxiety. They should deliver my parcels to my address and provide compensation for the stress and time I have had to spend contacting various companies to resolve the issue.
