Helly Hansen customer service representatives are rude and non-helpful. I have had a warranty request in for 2 and a half months and have called three times to follow up. The first time I was forwarded the case number which was not emailed to me for some reason. The second time I was asked for additional pictures of the damage (a month and a half after the original submission). A month after sending the pictures, I called to follow up and was hung up on by the first person I spoke to. I called back and met the most unpleasant customer service representative I’ve ever spoken to. He explained that he was not involved in warranty claims (even though I chose the phone option for warranty) and refused to transfer me to the correct department. He cut me off mid-sentence throughout the call and only told me over and over that I would hear back from “the warranty group” in the next 2 days. When I asked what I should do if I have not heard back in 2 weeks, he responded with “I’m not sure what you’re not understanding about what I’m telling you”. This company has good products but their customer service department does not care about you.
