I was signing up for a health plan and they took my information and medical history and told me someone would call me back for verification. About 20 minutes later I got a call from someone named Ray Gonzalez, he said he could verify my information for me, I gave him my information and I also gave him my payment information and made a payment with him of $554.85. I received another call later in the day from someone saying they were calling to verify my information, I told them I already verified with the person who called earlier and they told me that they hadn’t given me a call back yet so I must have given my information to someone else.
