Hardees — Wrong order

I sent my brother up to Hardee’s to get a bacon cheeseburger combo for both of us and he goes up to the drive-thru he doesn’t go to Hardee’s any and he asked for a you know not a double but a single bacon cheeseburger combo two of them with different like with one without pickles and the other was ketchup and mustard and then the other one extra ketchup and pickle all right he gets up there to the window and it’s $20 .72 and he pays for it and he doesn’t check it before he leaves and he and he comes on home and get hands me the bag and there’s no fries in it so I said no the combo comes with fries so he was like well that’s all what they gave me so we looked at the receipt which we don’t have now but they had what they had done is charged us for just a regular bacon cheeseburger the large one and a drink and didn’t put it as a combo neither one of them so therefore it was outrageous and so he went up there I sent him back up there and told him about to get the fries and goes up there just like I’ve had problems and I’ll tell you again about that on Maya complainer previous they did nothing she’s like no that’s they don’t come with us fries is what she said and he’s like a combo doesn’t come with fries and and she said no they don’t not this one but it wasn’t a combo she didn’t give her and she didn’t give him an option at the drive-thru either because I just called up there and asked her how much a combo bacon cheeseburger combo was and she asked me she asked me was it small medium or large and all right never gave my brother that option he didn’t know there was a small medium or large or anything so she she just running through and said what kind of drink and what do you want on it and then running through the window and everything all right they know what they did they made a boo boo when he went up there to tell him about it and they did nothing about it and that looked at him like he was crazy with an attitude and said well if you want to have some some fries I can add it on there you can pay for it but he shouldn’t have had to pay for it they screwed it up and they did not give him the combo and they people don’t listen anymore people don’t care about the customers and they just talk to him any old way and I had another episode up there at the same Hardee’s just not even a month ago and it was over breakfast and and it was I asked for two chicken biscuits and I get up there and I’ve only got well first I had to wait they told me to pull around and wait I waited and waited and waited for about 15 minutes then I said I went back in there I parked in the parking lot and I went in there and I said what in the world is going on up and waiting forever all right so she comes and she gives me my chicken biscuit only one and I said I ordered two and she’s like oh well what what I said I ordered too and she said well you’re going to have to wait about 15 minutes while we cook the chicken biscuit and everything and I said I can’t do that cuz I’m late I’m already late and you’ve held me up and you wasn’t listening when I was telling my order evidently all right so she she starts making excuses saying well they have to they don’t normally keep chicken cooked like they do the others sausage or whatever and and I said well that’s not my problem and and they said then she started saying I said I want to talk to the manager and she said well I am the manager and she looked like she was 19 or 20 and very rude and and sassy and rolling her eyes and stuff like at me and and I said what she said and I took the order cuz I said it so whoever took my order took it wrong you know they didn’t hear that I wanted to or whatever they they only gave me wrong me up for one and she said I’m the one that took your order and the manager took my order and screwed it up and then had an attitude with me and she said I said well all right what are you going to do to remedy this well first she was saying well make an excuses that they didn’t have chicken cooked all the time and then she went ahead and said that their speakers are kind of messed up and they can’t always hear very well and everything I said and that is not the customer’s problem that’s not their fault and everything you should get your systems working better if that’s the case and everything and she’s like well what do you want me to do and I said well like back in the day the somebody that you went into their business and that happened they would say well free of charge and everything and I said I want one of the chicken sandwich biscuits knocked off for the price and only paid for one but I want to and you know I was extremely late where I needed to go she made me feel like I was a nuisance and and I was being difficult and that how how dare me accuse her of of her making it up mistake well everybody makes mistakes but it’s how you make it up to the customer is what counts and the way she made it up to me was very ugly and she was just like I was just she was rolling her eyes like teenagers do or are young people do nowadays and they have no respect for anybody and she had no respect for me and she treated me like **** I wanted to come across that counter and ****** her up but I was too much of a woman to do that but she was very rude and nasty and then then doing it to my brother that was it very good food but it ain’t worth that coming in there putting up with that s I’ll tell you that much and I think something should be done about it you should retrain these people and really really be picky about who you put in management. I would rate y’all I’m sorry after my two experiences there my brother and me in the past month just this happened to yesterday with my brother and the other one happened three weeks ago I would rate it no stars at all no stars at all because I’m very dissatisfied and very mad and angry about how I was treated and ripped off ripped off of my money I don’t get much money every month and then I got ripped off and I didn’t even get no fries this is really and I don’t even eat out hardly that much but I chose Hardee’s to go to and I should have I made a big mistake is there any way that you can make this better they would be appreciated and and put some more training on these people cuz they are very disrespectful to their to their customers and very they don’t listen they don’t listen to you when you’re speaking they don’t nobody does and I’ve been noticing nobody anywhere they don’t listen when you’re talking I don’t know where their mind just wandering off at but it’s not on work I can tell you that much but they get by with it and that’s why back in my day you didn’t get by with it cuz you got fired if you acted that way you got fired you did not you might get a if you’re lucky because you are go through training and you have to learn I worked at the fast food before krystals I couldn’t I couldn’t have acted that way there is no way that I could have acted that way I would have had no job
