Hardees — Malicious intent

On January 16, 2023 one of Hardees District Manager Lisa Pickens informed me that she left her flowers from the prior weekend when we were together. I informed her that I would bring her some more. So I went to visit her at the Hardees on 2005 Whitten Rd Memphis, Tn. I arrived with my friend and while I was there we sat down and ate. Once we got through my friend and I prepared to leave. Ms. Pickens asked me for a hug than she started kissing and grinding on me. My friend looked confused he stated couldnt she get in trouble. I asked her she didnt say anything. About an hour later on my way home she called and asked me to come to the Hardees 4628 Summer Ave, Memphis, Tn to meet her friend. Lawanda ( who was the General Manger) I came and Lisa Pickens called her boyfriend at the same time to come as well. While I was there Ms. Lisa stated to go to Lowes to get some ceiling fans. We got in my truck and once we got to the red light a Dodge truck pulled out in front of us. It was Lisa Pickens boyfriend and he was trying to run off the road and waving a gun. Ms. Pickens stated that he was stalking her and that they had broken up. So, I took her back to the store and he proceeded to chase her I got his tag number and filed a Police reports 2301008337ME. The charge reckless endangerment and something else. Ms. Lisa PIckens after about 2 weeks started back texting and calling saying she missed me etc.I tried to put an Order of Protection on the guy but the address on the tag stated he didnt leave there anymore. She stated that he was no longer in her life. So, on Feb.13, 2023 I sent once again Ms. Pickens so flowers and roses for Valentine Day and once again I informed District Manger Lisa PIckens that I was in Memphis ( I live in Jackson, Tn) she asked me to come to the Hardees 749 Goodman Rd. Horn Lake, Ms I arrived at 1300 hrs and once again she called her boyfriend and he arrived about 10 minutes after me. He approached me and stated that he could have killed me and she called him on me. Once he was in the restaurant he walked behind the store where the cooks work ( nothing was said), he was upset and she later on walked out the store. I contacted my lawyer to informed him what had taken place he stated to contact you all first than after that to call him. But he stated that it was malicious intent ( calling the man to do harm to me knowing that we have had a verbal and a physical altercation). Than allowing that man ( her boyfriend) to come behind the counter and was hostile and he didnt wok there. 2 that she kissed me at the restaraunt and that against company policy and procedures.Also the General manager Lawanda was in it as well.I would like for the District Manger to be fired and also the General Manager. My lawyer stated there is no telling what could have happened and she called him in both incidents to come to the store to start something. I would like an answer to this situation within 15 days if not you all be hearing from my lawyer we will go to the news as well. I would like for both ladies to be terminated from Hardees and their positions. Thank you, Mr. John J. Mask P.s if Ms. PIckens would have informed me that she was involved with the man I would never have given her those gift nor pursue her including a ring thats valued at 4000. Than I found out that the man is married and they are living together do you all have anything in your policies stating that? Terminate both the District Manager Lisa Pickens and the General Manger Lawanda
